Fortrydelsesret og afbestilling

Du har mulighed for at annullere din booking på følgende vilkår:

Hvis du afbestiller mere end 30 dage før ankomst, opkræves du et administrationsgebyr på kr. 250,-.

Hvis du afbestiller mindre end 14 dage før ankomst, opkræves du det samlede bookingbeløb, dog undtaget el-forbrug.

You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, an administration fee of DKK 250 will be charged.

If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged, excluding electricity consumption.

In case of cancellation 4 days prior to the start of the rental period, any paid rent will be refunded.

If cancellation occurs later than 4 days before the start of the rental period, the full amount must be paid and will not be refunded.

In case the rented property is vacated earlier than the end of the rental period, the paid amount will not be refunded.
